Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Mechanical Integrity Engineer Intern to join our Engineering & Industrial Projects team. You will assist in designing equipment solutions, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with exposure to RBI, NDT, and welding advantageous. Based in Jakarta, the role may require relocation to support global projects and development within a dynamic, inclusive global brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Up to 1 year of relevant internship/experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical integrity, welding, NDT, RBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver equipment solutions meeting performance and cost targets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluations for sustainability.
• Manage equipment design and engineering activities per standards.
• Lead project execution from design to installation and validation.
