Job summary

Michelin Asia Pacific invites applications for a Mechanical Integrity Engineer in Bekasi, Indonesia. You will design and deliver equipment solutions, perform feasibility studies, and lead projects from design to commissioning to ensure robust, safe operations.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical, mechanical, or industrial engineering is required; knowledge of welding, NDT, RBI, and strong English skills (minimum B2) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical integrity, welding processes, non-destructive testing (NDT), and inspection activities & RBI.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver equipment solutions that meet product and industrial performance requirements with optimal cost.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for efficient, sustainable solutions.
• Manage equipment design and engineering activities in compliance with standards and regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Lead project execution from design through installation, commissioning and validation to ensure robustness and performance targets.
