Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a student intern in Jakarta to gain hands-on experience with mechanical design and panel assembly, while developing dashboards in Power BI and data updates with Power Apps. You will support documentation, revision control of drawings, and collaborate with a manufacturing team using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps or other engineering software is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and gain hands-on experience in mechanical design and panel assembly design.
• Support data documentation and revision control of drawings.
• Create and manage dashboards for current project status in Power BI.
• Develop systems for updating data in mechanical design to improve tracking and efficiency using Power Apps.

• Learning and gaining hands-on experience in mechanical design and panel assembly design
• Supporting data documentation and change regarding the revision of each drawing project
• Manage and making dashboard regarding the current project status and ongoing in Power BI
• Developing system for updating data in mechanical design for better tracking and efficient working using Power Apps
• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Industrial Engineering or related field
• Basic understanding of mechanical design and using mechanical tools design
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Power BI, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or other engineering software is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
