Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri in West Java invites a skilled ASRS & Utility Maintenance Specialist to join our operations in Subang Kalijati. You will ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our automated warehouse equipment and utility systems, supporting a sustainable supply chain.

The role requires D3 or higher in electrical/mechanical engineering, minimum 3 years in industry maintenance (conveyors, cranes, utilities), and hands-on experience with automation

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Energy Conversion Engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance, specifically covering conveyors, cranes, and utility systems.
• Proficient with industrial automation instruments, electrical systems, HMI, and PLCs.
• Strong understanding of foundational mechanical maintenance practices, including cleaning, lubrication, inspection, mechanical tightening, component replacement, and alignment.
• Willingness to be based in Kalijati, Subang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies for ASRS.
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on ASRS equipment and utility systems.
• Execute advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve operational failures.
• Coordinate with external vendors regarding work order execution, system modifications, and specification requirements for ASRS robotic spare parts.
• Systematically diagnose common electrical issues, ensuring all solutions are executed safely and cost-effectively.
• Proactively contribute to operational planning and generate comprehensive reports on the performance, analysis, and evaluation of maintenance outcomes.

In this role, you will get to

• Formulate and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies for Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).

  Bertanggung jawab dalam membuat strategi preventive, corrective, dan predictive maintenance ASRS.

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on ASRS equipment and utility systems.

  Melakukan perbaikan, perawatan serta pemeliharaan rutin pada mesin ASRS dan utility.

• Execute advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve operational failures.

  Melakukan Troubleshooting Mechanical & Electrical untuk mengidentifikasi serta mengatasi kendala operasional.

• Coordinate with external vendors regarding work order execution, system modifications, and specification requirements for ASRS robotic spare parts.

  Berkoordinasi dengan Vendor terkait pelaksanaan work order untuk perbaikan, modifikasi maupun penentuan kebutuhan spesifikasi spare part terkait dengan ASRS robotic.

  Membuat identifikasi masalah elektrik yang umumnya terjadi secara sistematik, secara aman dan ekonomis.

What you will Need to Succeed

• Minimum D3 in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Energy Conversion Engineering.

  Minimum pendidikan D3 Teknik Elektro/Teknik Listrik Industri/Teknik Mesin/Teknik Mekatronika/Teknik Konversi Energi

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in industrial machinery maintenance, specifically covering conveyors, cranes, and utility systems.

  Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam bidang Maintenance mesin industri seperti conveyor, crane, dan utility
