Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri in Subang (Kalijati), West Java, is seeking a skilled ASRS & Utility Maintenance Specialist to safeguard the performance and safety of our automated warehouse systems. Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
• Experience with conveyors, cranes, and utility systems.
• Proficient with industrial automation instruments, electrical systems, HMI and PLCs.
• Willing to be based in Kalijati, Subang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies for Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on ASRS equipment and utility systems.
• Execute advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve operational failures.
• Coordinate with external vendors regarding work order execution, system modifications, and specification requirements for ASRS robotic spare parts.
• Systematically diagnose common electrical issues, ensuring all solutions are executed safely and cost-effectively.
• Proactively contribute to operational planning and generate comprehensive reports on the performance, analysis, and evaluation of mechanical and electrical maintenance outcomes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive ASRS & Utility Maintenance Specialist to join our operational team in Subang (Kalijati), West Java. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our automated warehouse equipment and utility systems. You will play a critical role in supporting our sustainable supply chain operations while upholding the highest standards of workplace safety and operational excellence.

What you will Need to Succeed

Minimum D3 in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Energy Conversion Engineering

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance, specifically covering conveyors, cranes, and utility systems

Proficient with industrial automation instruments, electrical systems, HMI, and PLCs

Strong understanding of foundational mechanical maintenance practices, including cleaning, lubrication, inspection, mechanical tightening, component replacement, and alignment

Willingness to be based in Kalijati, Subang, West Java
