Job summary

PT Indonakano in Jakarta invites an M/E Staff to support the Mechanical and Electrical department on project-based assignments. You will verify orders, review quotations, monitor materials, and supervise subcontractors on site as needed.

A Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical with GPA 3.0 and at least 3 years' ME experience, plus fluent English, are required. This role offers growth in design, estimation, and coordination within a dynamic, Japanese company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical with GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years experience as ME Staff.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems.
• Able to read general mechanical and electrical drawings (low/high voltage).
• Understand government regulations related to mechanical/electrical work.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Willing to work overtime and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with Estimation Division in cost calculations for quotations.
• Verify customer orders, including specifications and scope of work.
• Check project location if necessary.
• Request quotations from subcontractors with drawings and scope.
• Review and analyze quotations from subcontractors.
• Receive and check system proposals from subcontractors.
• Compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review project specifications.
• Monitor prices of materials and equipment.
• Supervise subcontractors on site when required.
