• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Administration/Management/Public Health or related field.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and data management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and medical-related data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule MCU appointments with employees and hospital units.
• Organize, update, and maintain MCU participant data and documentation.
• Monitor MCU completion status and ensure all required examinations and documents are completed.
• Follow up with relevant parties regarding pending appointments, incomplete examinations, and outstanding MCU results.
• Prepare MCU tracking reports and provide administrative support for MCU projects.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation throughout the MCU process.
