Job summary

Volex, a global leader in integrated manufacturing, is seeking a Planner to manage materials planning, coordination, and forecasting across Batam, Singapore, and Asia offices. The role focuses on maintaining inventory targets, expediting purchases, and aligning production with customer demands.

Candidates should have a diploma or university degree in relevant fields, 2–3 years of experience, and strong Excel/Office skills with clear English and Bahasa communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or University Degree in Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
• Planning mindset and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and review materials for customer orders.
• Manage daily and long-range planning/scheduling and support commercial.
• Expedite materials through purchasing.
• Coordinate FG rejects and replacement to all production sites.
• Ensure inventory targets and buffer stocks are maintained.
• Load Customer Forecast into Volex System.
