Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a Material Control Specialist to ensure steady supply of materials for manufacturing. You will analyze forecasts, monitor inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to secure on-time deliveries while resolving discrepancies.

Fluent English is required; Mandarin daily use preferred for communication with suppliers and teams. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in material control or related roles, strong Excel skills, and solid analytical and interpersonal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any major.
• Fluent English; Mandarin daily communication preferred (HSK3+).
• At least 1 year material control experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Excel and office software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecasts and sales orders to determine material requirements.
• Assess inventory to ensure supply continuity.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders and delivery schedules.
• Identify and resolve material discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal teams to support production planning.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Analyze customer forecasts and sales orders to calculate accurate material requirements.
• 2. Assess current material inventory and availability to ensure supply continuity.
• 3. Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, track delivery schedules, and ensure timely arrivals.
• 4. Identify, follow up, and resolve any material-related issues or discrepancies.
• 5. Maintain effective communication with internal teams to support production and planning needs.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above (any major); able to communicate fluently in English ， enable to use Mandarin for daily communication is preferred(is equivalent to HSK3 and above)
• 2. At least 1 year material control related working experience in manufacturing industries(we accept the Mandarin Speaker who is lack of related experience)
• 3. Proficiency in office software ,such as Excel and so on
• 4. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills ,strong interpersonal and communication skills
