Job summary

Converse is seeking an Analyst II, Material Sourcing in Jakarta to optimize sourcing strategies for footwear materials and strengthen the supply chain. You will research suppliers, assess capability, capacity, quality, and cost, and help develop deployment plans to support product innovation and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in material sourcing, manufacturing, or supply chain; project management experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, including the ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
• Strong attention to detail and results orientation, with demonstrated analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• A self-motivated and proactive mindset; flexible, able to work independently, and eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting, dashboards, and data analyses that translate material sourcing data into actionable business insights.
• Support material sourcing strategy, supplier allocation, localization roadmaps, and network optimization initiatives.
• Partner with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to improve material responsiveness, capability, and execution.
• Monitor material forecasts, raw material availability, and supply risks to help ensure continuity of supply and business resilience.
• Contribute to sustainability, compliance, traceability, and supplier capability-building programs across the material supply base.
