Job summary

• Mandarin and English communication required.

• Experience in footwear manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, planning and warehouse to ensure smooth flow.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify received materials meet quality and quantity specs.
• Monitor raw material inventory according to the production schedule.
• Collaborate with suppliers for leather, fabric, soles, glue and other components.
• Serve as communication bridge between internal teams and suppliers, including English correspondence.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Report to expatriate supervisors, HQ, or brand representatives as required.

• Manage purchasing documents and transaction records.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring document completeness and on-time delivery.
• Verify that received materials meet agreed specifications in both quality and quantity.
• Monitor raw material inventory to ensure availability according to the production schedule.
• Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials such as leather, fabric, soles, glue, and other footwear components.
• Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams and suppliers, including handling correspondence in English.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Report directly to expatriate supervisors, HQ, or brand representatives as required.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English (spoken, reading, written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is plus (experience in footwear manufacturing is a plus).
• Strong understanding of procurement and raw material management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, strong negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia
