Job summary

adidas is seeking a Director, Sourcing Operations A&G in Jepara to lead design and execution of sourcing strategies across designated factories and operation centers. You will own KPI performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with adidas policies.

You will inspire cross-functional teams, develop leaders, and foster strategic partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver agile, competitive, and digitalized sourcing.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering/materials or related areas.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant business experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Fluent in English; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall sourcing operations for designated factories/OCs to execute global sourcing strategies.
• Develop, commercialize and produce with partner groups ensuring JD/R&R alignment and adherence to standards.
• Own KPI performance and drive results using SPIKE framework across managed partners.
• Build strong relationships with partner senior leadership and functional leads for quick issue resolution.
• Contribute to allocation processes through stakeholder collaboration.
• Ensure operations comply with local laws and adidas standards, and coach teams for engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes and adapt to changing business needs.
