Job summary

Qualifications

• Master degree in Pharmaceutical sciences /Ph. D. in pharmaceutical science from a reputed College.
• + Master’s degree in business administration from recognised institute, would be an add‑on qualification for the role.
• 10-14 years of experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, power point presentation skills, both oral and written English & Bahasa (Indonesia).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MPD (process, Analytical, Pkg Function) and various Multi-functional Teams to facilitate Technology Transfer (TT) of products at CM locations and across AMA region.
• Review & approve technical documents like TTP/MFR/HTS/TTR and dossiers for outsourced products.
• Lead supplier qualification activities per P&G SOP for qualification of New Supplier.
• Participate in periodic meetings with multi-functional teams and update leadership on MPD Process progress.
• Ownership of VEEVA for change control, deviation & CAPA systems and create/review/approve technical RM/Intermediates/FG standards.
• Ensure compliance to P&G PHC SOPs and participate in internal quality audits and audit responses.
• Compose/review CTD dossier quality modules – Part P & Part S, and manage stability data review.
