Ruangguru for Business is seeking an educator to provide coaching, training, and classroom instruction at the Jakarta Timur (Condet) branch. The role involves mentoring MT Akademia, conducting student/parent consultations, and leading Homework Clinics to resolve academic issues.

You will collaborate with regional teams, participate in CBC sessions, and develop materials aligned with curriculum standards to support student learning and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

Responsabilités

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills.
• Conduct consultations with students/parents to outline academic pathways.
• Lead Homework Clinics to address student issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional teams.
• Teach students in classrooms to deliver high-quality instruction.
• Meet minimum session requirements including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Collaborate with curriculum development teams to align with standards.
