Job summary

MT Akademia in Jakarta is seeking an educator to provide coaching, training, and classroom instruction. The role includes mentoring students, facilitating learning, and aligning with the Academic Team to enhance teaching effectiveness.

The position also involves conducting student/parent consultations, running Homework Clinics, and participating in CBC sessions with regional teams to share best practices and support curriculum implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions with MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to map pathways.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
