Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an enthusiastic educator to provide coaching and training, work with MT Akademia to improve teaching effectiveness, and support students and parents with pathway guidance. You will collaborate with the Academic Team to ensure high-quality instruction at the Jakarta Selatan Brain Academy.

You will also lead Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and develop materials aligned with curriculum standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 1+ year teaching experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Experience in teaching PTS/PAS/Olimpiade/USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri prep.
• Have innovative & creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.
• Will be placed in Brain Academy Branch Jakarta Selatan (Fatmawati).

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including mentoring MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to provide pathways for academic goals and maintain student-parent engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning as needed by Headquarter.
• Collaborate with curriculum development team to ensure alignment with educational standards and objectives.
