English 1 is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing activities to support growth goals at the center. The role oversees school visits, community events, and ATL campaigns, while supervising content creation, social media, and digital ads.
The position requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or Business, and at least 1 year of marketing experience.
The Offline Marketing Support is responsible for executing field marketing activities that build awareness and generate leads for the center. This includes organizing and supporting school visits, booth setups at malls (public places) and events, as well as distributing promotional materials in key locations.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing both online and offline marketing activities to support the center’s growth goals. This role oversees school visits, community events, and ATL campaigns, while also supervising content creation, social media activities, and digital ads.
40-hour workweek (over 5–6 days), as scheduled by the Center Director
The Marketing Support reports to the Marketing Coordinator.
School visits and outreach programs. Build and maintain relationships with schools, organizations, and local communities to create new outreach opportunities.
Booth setups at malls, schools, campuses, and community events
Distribution of flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in key locations
Other related programs to support the ongoing campaign
Placement of advertisements in billboards, radio, etc.
Liaise with vendor or media agencies for scheduling and placement
Monitor and report the performance of ATL campaigns
Ensure lead data is accurately recorded and shared with the sales/admissions team for timely follow-up.
Support marketing campaigns with creative input, event execution, and promotional activities.
Represent the brand positively and professionally at all public engagements.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business
At least 1 year of experience in the marketing field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Out-of-the-box thinker
Demonstrated ability in project management
Updated with related trends in the media
Possessing a great knowledge of marketing strategy
