Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Indonesian; English preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Staff to join the marketing team at Institut Bisnis Informasi Teknologi dan Bisnis. This is a full-time position based in Medan Kota, North Sumatra. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote our institution's programmes, services and brand. You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure our messaging reaches target audiences effectively and contributes to the growth and visibility of the institute.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Assist in creating marketing content including social media posts, promotional materials, newsletters and website updates
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and insights needed for marketing activities
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant tools and metrics
• Support the organisation of marketing events, open days and promotional activities
• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

What we're looking for

• Experience with graphic design software is an asset
• Previous internship or entry-level marketing experience is advantageous
