Job summary

I CAN READ (ICR) is seeking a Marketing Staff for our Permata Hijau center to lead local marketing efforts and partnerships. You will plan campaigns, manage social media, and build relationships with partner schools to grow English and Math education access for families.

You will manage campaigns both online and offline, create engaging content in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and report on engagement and outcomes while supporting enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Staff to join our Permata Hijau center, home to I CAN READ and Oodles Math. You'll take ownership of local marketing efforts — from planning campaigns to managing our social media presence and building relationships with partner schools.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute local marketing activities, events, roadshows, and partnerships

Build and maintain relationships with partner schools and communities

Create and manage engaging social media content (captions, posts, stories) in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Own the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, online and offline

Monitor social media engagement and compile performance reports

Lead other promotional and branding activities as directed

Lead generation & lead conversion

Potentially responsible for revenue/enrollment targets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 1–2 years of marketing experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios welcome)

Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia

Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented

Proficient with social media platforms and design tools (Canva, Instagram, etc.)

Passion for education and working with children

Available to work full-time, Monday to Saturday
