Role Description This full-time, on-site Marketing Staff role at vplusplatinum8indonesia is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Marketing Staff is responsible for supporting daily marketing activities, including planning and executing promotional campaigns, assisting with content creation for online and offline channels, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role involves collecting and analyzing market and customer data, preparing basic marketing reports, and helping organize events or activations to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. The Marketing Staff will also interact with customers and partners, handle inquiries related to marketing initiatives, and contribute ideas to improve marketing strategy and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret customer and competitor data for marketing decisions.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaign planning, lead generation, and conversion-focused activities.
• Relevant skills such as basic digital marketing knowledge, familiarity with social media platforms, and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools are beneficial.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Jakarta and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
