Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Marketing Staff role at Viction.id (Branch Sona Topas) is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Junior Marketing Staff supports day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and helping manage marketing materials across online and offline channels. The role involves gathering and organizing market and competitor data, preparing simple reports and presentations, and supporting sales and customer service teams with marketing collateral. The Junior Marketing Staff also helps maintain brand consistency, coordinates with internal stakeholders and external partners, and contributes ideas to improve marketing outreach and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present basic marketing information to internal teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and basic data analysis to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitor activities.
• Foundational Sales and Customer Service skills to support campaigns, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Understanding of marketing strategy and fundamental concepts, with interest in developing executing initiatives.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic proficiency with office and marketing tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms).
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills are an advantage.
