Life Behind Bars is seeking a Marketing Specialist to dive into content, campaigns, and collaborations within a creative team.

You will support digital marketing initiatives, community building, and partner collaborations while learning and growing into a larger role over time.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing experience; fresh grads with strong portfolio welcome.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Confident starting and maintaining conversations online and offline.
• Familiar with social media platforms, web tools, basic marketing analytics, and digital ads.
• Interest in community building and working with KOLs.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow into a larger role over time.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with KOLs and partners to expand brand visibility.
• Assist in shaping initiatives based on KOL audience insights.
• Act as community admin for Discord, Reddit, WhatsApp and build engagement.
• Contribute to community programs inspired by insights and trends.
• Assist in planning and running marketing initiatives across LBB platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce content tailored for each channel.
• Support optimisation efforts to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Contribute to creating and managing paid promotion content (Google & Meta ads) with the creative team.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance.
• Provide actionable insights to guide continuous improvement.
• Keep up with industry trends and share fresh ideas with the team.

OBJECTIVE

This role supports LBB’s marketing initiatives across digital platforms, from content creation to community building. The goal is to reach target audiences, improve campaign performance, and build the skills needed to grow into a larger role over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with KOLs and partners to support collaborations that expand brand visibility.
• Assist in shaping initiatives based on KOL audience insights.
• Act as community admin for upcoming channels (Discord, Reddit, WhatsApp) and build engagement.
• Contribute to community programs inspired by insights and trends.
• Assist in planning and running marketing initiatives across LBB platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce content tailored for each channel.

REQUIEREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or related fields (fresh graduates with strong internship or portfolio experience are welcome).
