Job summary

PT. Smart Advisory Solutions is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Bali to create and execute marketing materials across social media and company website. You will monitor production, draft press releases, and help plan events, liaising with vendors and media contacts to amplify campaigns.

The role requires 2–4 years in marketing, strong copywriting, and proficiency in English and Indonesian, with a focus on building brands in Bali’s consulting landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Understanding of key marketing principles and channels.
• Knowledge of modern marketing tools and techniques.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills; capable of clear communication.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, review, update, and implement marketing materials and plans via social media, website, and other platforms.
• Monitor and oversee production and distribution of marketing materials.
• Draft press and media releases and coordinate marketing events.
• Liaise with vendors, PR and media contacts; assist in product presentations.
• Develop strategies for social media platforms and update online presence.
• Conduct market research to inform campaigns.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will create, develop, review, update, and implement marketing materials and plans through social media, company website, and other marketing platforms. You will play a key role in building and executing marketing strategies for one of the fastest growing consulting firms in Bali.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop, review, update, and implement marketing materials and plans through social media, company website, and/or other marketing platforms
• Monitor production of marketing materials
• Oversee distribution of marketing materials
• Draft press and media releases
• Help plan, coordinate and participate in marketing events, such as workshops, talkshow, and/or seminars
• Liaise and correspond with outside vendors, suppliers, public relations and media contacts
• Help prepare and conduct product presentations
• Develop and implement strategies for social media platforms
• Update company website and social media tools
• Conduct market research

About you

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
• Proven minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business development, or a related role
• Understanding of the principles of marketing
• Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Proficient in social media marketing
• Familiarity with tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
