Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Sales.
• Fresh graduate or max 1 year of work experience.
• Proven leadership and management experiences in Campus or Student Organizations.
• Passionate about Marketing and Sales.
• Problem solver, agile, and have a growth mindset.
• Effective teammate with strong communication.
• Have driving license (A/C).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Build relationships with customers, pitch products or services, negotiate sales prices, contact/maintain customers throughout the sales process.
• Mentor team member to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
• Monitor marketing and sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvements.
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns, trade marketing, and brand activations.
