The program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure across automotive parts operations in Indonesia, including Surabaya and Jakarta locations.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering).
• Minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00.
• Strong proficiency in English; Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.
