Marketing Operations (VM & Creative) Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Operations (VM & Creative) Manager to join our team at PT Inti Citra Agung (Optik Melawai) in Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for managing our visual merchandising and creative operations, playing a vital part in driving the company's marketing and communications strategy.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the development and implementation of effective visual merchandising strategies across our retail stores

Manage the creative production of marketing collateral, including print and digital assets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment

Monitor and analyse the performance of visual merchandising and creative campaigns, providing data-driven insights

Manage a team of visual merchandisers and graphic designers, providing direction, coaching and mentorship

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas into our marketing efforts

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing operations or visual merchandising role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry

Strong creative and design skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling marketing campaigns

Proven track record of leading and managing a team of visual merchandisers and creatives

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with retail merchandising best practices and visual display techniques

Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
