About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join PT Ocean Centra Furnindo's marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support our digital marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence across multiple platforms. You will play a crucial part in translating our marketing strategy into engaging visual content that resonates with our target audience and drives business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, website banners and promotional materials
• Develop creative concepts and design layouts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business goals
• Create and optimise graphics for various digital platforms and devices, ensuring visual consistency across all channels
• Produce advertising materials, including display ads, web graphics and digital content for search and social media campaigns
• Maintain and update design assets, templates and brand guidelines to support marketing operations
• Incorporate client feedback and revise designs to ensure satisfaction and alignment with brand standards
• Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices in digital and search marketing

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design and visual communication
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience creating graphics for digital campaigns, social media and web platforms
• Excellent visual design skills with keen attention to detail, colour theory, typography and composition
• Experience with creating assets for search marketing and paid digital advertising
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to maintain design consistency
• Understanding of SEO-friendly design principles and web optimisation is a plus
