Job summary

PT. Levi Kuliner Management is seeking a Marketing Operations professional to drive local promotions and brand activations across our outlets. You will plan campaigns, manage budgets, and report on performance, partnering with local outlets for co-promotions and activations.

The role requires at least 2 years in marketing operations, a Bachelor’s in marketing or related field, and strong organizational and analytical skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing, especially Marketing Operational / Brand Activation / Ecommerce.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Any field related.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset — able to track campaign data and draw actionable insights.
• Creative thinker who is also execution-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operational Team through brainstorming sessions to identify and execute local promotions that drive traffic and sales at each outlet.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all outlets — branding initiatives, sales boost programs, seasonal promotions, and other marketing activities.
• Responsible to platforms related to marketing/branding.
• Track and report on the performance of campaigns, promotions, and partnerships — including budget utilization and key results.
• Develop and manage brand collaboration and partnership initiatives for co-promotions, cross-brand campaigns, and local outlet activations.
• Identify bottlenecks in marketing processes and implement scalable solutions.
