Job summary

Sinergia Worldwide Education seeks a marketing-oriented professional to drive student enrollment and support sales, admin, and marketing activities.

The role covers offline marketing, promotions, canvassing, and after-sales support in the education sector, with collaboration across departments. A relevant S1 degree and 1–2 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di bidang terkait (Ekonomi, Manajemen, Akuntansi, Bisnis, Pemasaran, Teknik, IT).
• Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Marketing (offline/online) atau Customer Service, lebih disukai di edukasi.
• Pengetahuan pemasaran digital akan jadi nilai tambah.
• Memahami pendidikan (terutama homeschooling).
• Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
• Bahasa Inggris lancar lisan dan tulisan.

Responsibilities

• Mencapai target pendaftaran siswa melalui aktivitas marketing offline dan dukungan layanan pelanggan serta administrasi.
• Melakukan kegiatan marketing offline, membuat penawaran, promosi, canvassing, dan sejenisnya.
• Melaksanakan administrasi pendukung kegiatan marketing.
• Mengikuti jadwal marketing yang telah disepakati dan melaporkan perkembangan harian.
• Melakukan follow up pada basis data pelanggan dan membantu layanan purna jual serta proses registrasi siswa.

Job description

1. Minimum education S1 in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT (Preference is given to State Universities)

2. Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the field of Marketing (offline/online) or Customer Service, preferably in the field of education.

1. Have a Decent knowledge of Digital Marketing will be a plus.

2. Have knowledge and understanding about education (mainly about homeschooling).

3. Have good communication and negotiation skills.

4. Fluent in English both oral and written.

5. Able to work together in the Marketing team and other departments.

6. Able to work under pressure.

7. Energetic, honest, neat with excellent time management.

8. Meet student enrollment targets by doing work that supports customer service, admin and marketing offline activities including: marketing offline, making offers, promotions, canvassing, etc.

9. Carry out administrative activities that support marketing activities.

10. Following the mutually agreed marketing schedule and activities.

11. Conduct daily progress reports or daily activities reports with the CS and Marketing teams.

12. Follow up on customer databases.

13. Assisting after sales service activities, including assisting in monitoring fitting outs, payment progress to the Finance Department, student registration processes with the CS team.
