Pengiklan Anonim seeks a Marketing Executive to manage customer relations for local projects in Indonesia. The role involves creating customer prospect data, offering plans, running promotions, and achieving sales targets while handling complaints and delivering after-sales service.

The candidate will develop marketing strategies, communicate effectively in English (Mandarin a plus), and be willing to be placed in other areas of Indonesia.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's in engineering or marketing (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years in manufacturing oil and gas or related industry.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills with good communication and public speaking.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Requirement

• Having background education on bachelor degree / master degree of engineering or marketing
• Having 3-5 years experience in manufacturing oil and gas / relevant industry / chinese company
• Having negotiation skill, selling skill, good communication and public speaking
• Confident with in English communication (fluent is a must) and Mandarin is a plus
• Willing to be placed in other area in Indonesia
• Good skill in all of Microsoft Office & presentation skill
• Communication Skill : The ability to convey marketing messages effectively, both written and verbal.
• Data Analysis: Understanding how to analyze market data and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
• Creativity: The ability to generate innovative and engaging marketing campaign ideas.
• Project Management: The ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously and ensure they are on schedule.
• Negotiation: The ability to build partnerships and negotiate with external parties, such as the media and vendors.
