Job summary

Buzzle, a branding, marketing, and advertising partner, seeks a Marketing Director who reports to the CEO. You will unify branding, marketing, and digital ads, translating leadership strategy into execution across multiple divisions.

You will lead with integrity, drive growth for brand partners, and represent the company in strategic meetings while mentoring division heads. This role is office-based in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in marketing agency leadership.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and paid ads.
• Analytical thinker with strong business judgment.
• Confident communicator and presenter.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• High integrity, high ownership, high execution discipline.
• Office-based role in Fatmawati, South Jakarta; own devices required.

About This Role

Buzzle is a strategic partner in branding, marketing, and advertising for game-changing brands. We are seeking a Marketing Director who will work directly under the CEO, serving as the CEO's strategic representative both to brand partners and to internal teams on the ground. This role is not just about managing marketing. It is about leading alignment, safeguarding standards, and ensuring every division moves in one clear direction. You will act as the bridge between vision and execution, translating leadership strategy into structured performance across: 1. Branding 2. Marketing 3. Digital Ads 4. Visual 5. Account Executive

Requirements

• Work from the office every day (weekday), office location in Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
• Able to bring your own working devices such as laptop.
