Job summary

PT Susanti Megah is seeking a proactive marketer to develop and execute events, promotions, and sponsorship programs to boost brand visibility and drive sales from its base in Surabaya.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing/related fields, strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, and willingness to work on-site in Surabaya. Final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Final-year students, fresh graduates, and non-regular students are welcome to apply.
• Creative, proactive, and interested in marketing communications, events, promotions and content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute event, exhibition, roadshow, sponsorship and promotional programs.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, vendors, partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare promotional materials, displays, and communications assets for online and offline activities.
• Execute in-store promotions and support merchandising activities.
