Job summary

PT Susanti Megah is seeking a proactive marketer to develop and execute events, promotions, and sponsorship programs to boost brand visibility and drive sales from its base in Surabaya.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing/related fields, strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, and willingness to work on-site in Surabaya. Final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job description

Develop and execute event, exhibition, roadshow, sponsorship, and promotional programs to increase brand awareness and support sales growth.

Coordinate event timelines, budgets, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful implementation.

Prepare and manage promotional materials, communication assets, product displays, and other marketing support tools for both online and offline activities.

Execute in-store promotional programs and support merchandising activities.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

Final-year students who have completed all academic requirements, fresh graduates, and students who are no longer attending regular classes are welcome to apply.

Creative, proactive, and interested in marketing communication, planning and concepting events, promotions, and content activities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Willing to be based in Surabaya.
