Job summary

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk is seeking a Marketing Communication Manager to lead integrated marketing processes at GWK, including strategy development for digital and traditional marketing, internal and external communication, and media promotion planning.

The role oversees planning, implementation, and evaluation of 360-degree marketing programs, coordinating with other departments for promotional activities and driving performance insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Marketing Communication or relevant.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing Communication field (3 years at managerial level).
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
• Social Media Implementation knowledge.
• Awareness of Visual Communication Design.
• Awareness of Technical Printing Media.
• Managerial and Analytical Skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor impact of Marketing Communication activities on revenue increase and manage marketing budget effectiveness
• Plan and monitor visual communication design processes and develop bilingual digital media strategies
• Evaluate effectiveness of media placement and publication activities based on target exposure, engagement, and business impact
• Establish strategic priorities, performance targets, and departmental work program direction aligned with annual work plans
• Direct preparation of strategic proposals and presentations to media and clients
• Coordinate with other departments for promotional activities and provide input for future activity planning
• Review digital media and continuously adjust user interface and mobile-friendly aspects to global standards
• Allocate work within the team and provide support in decision-making and task execution
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for performance review and annual planning
