Job summary

P.T. STARLEAD TECHNOLOGY in Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support planning, coordination and execution of campaigns, promotions, product launches and events.

You will create materials, presentations, catalogs and social media content with internal teams and external vendors, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity. Fluency in Mandarin is required; English is a plus. 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing or digital marketing preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with social media and Canva.
• Able to conduct market research, analyze basic marketing data, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches and events.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, product catalogs, social media content and promotional assets in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, analyze customer trends and identify potential market opportunities.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, website updates, digital campaigns and marketing communications to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate with sales, product, design and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities; maintain schedules, budgets, documentation and reports.
