Job summary

PT Dialogika Persona Indonesia is seeking an Admin Marketing Staff to support the marketing and sales team by managing client data, following up leads, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.

This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow in marketing, with a competitive salary and incentives. You will work from the office in Yogyakarta at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• Final year student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage new followers or leads from social media platforms.
• Respond to client messages and inquiries through WhatsApp.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients via WhatsApp, email, or calls.
• Update and manage client information in the company database.
• Support the sales and marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and documentation.
• Monitor campaign responses and assist in handling inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth client service and coordination.
