Job summary

tiket.com in Surabaya is seeking a Hotel Partnerships Coordinator to support hotel partners via phone, video calls, and email, handling registrations, content loading, activations, and records management.

You will work with extranets and channel managers, grow hotel accounts, and monitor pricing and inventory to boost bookings. Collaboration with other teams helps meet SLA and KPI targets while driving promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Min. 0-1 year experience in Travel / Hotel Industry.
• Min. Bachelor Degree or D3
• Possess good knowledge on Travel / Hotel Industry
• Understand extranets / channel managers
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Good command in English (writing and speaking)
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya

Responsibilities

• Support hotel partners through phone, video conference, email of all administrative works that includes extranet training, new registration, contract loading, content loading, hotel activation, hotel record management
• Acquire new hotel partners, manage hotel accounts according to assignment by Area Manager / Senior Market Manager, to manage relationship with hotel partners, review and improve commercial conditions obtained from hotel partners that are not limited to getting promo rates and increasing margin
• Monitor and improve price competitiveness and room inventory availability at all times
• Support related departments on customer bookings
• Accountable to fulfill SLA, achieve own KPI target and achieve overall hotel department's target and KPI
• Educate hotel partners in managing bookings
• Monitor, review and improve hotel contents to reflect accurate hotel information and facility details to improve overall hotel bookings
• Support and participate on company's campaign / tactical promotion projects
