Job summary

TORRECID, S.A. in Indonesia seeks a Designer to create innovative ceramic tile designs and marketing materials for B2B customers. You will translate customer needs into compelling concepts, collaborate with Marketing and R&D, and manage projects from concept to final delivery.

You will conduct market research, refine designs for feasibility and production, and develop visuals for presentations, showrooms, and events. A design degree and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Visual Communication Design or Product Design.
• Graduation year 2023–2026.
• Fluent in English and able to translate customer needs into design solutions.
• Strong ability to present ideas and communicate with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative ceramic tile designs from concept to mock-up aligned with customer requirements and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify new design opportunities and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand design specifications and project needs.
• Manage design projects from concept through revisions to final approval with quality and timely delivery.
• Adjust designs for product feasibility and smooth factory production.
• Create marketing pitch materials and present concepts with Marketing and R&D teams.
• Develop visual designs for customer presentations, showrooms, exhibitions, and promotions.
