Ultima Markets is seeking a Market Analyst to deliver daily and weekly market analyses, covering global and local markets with both technical and fundamental approaches. You will educate clients through articles and content across official platforms, and support campaigns with timely commentary.

You will also help run webinars, simplify complex market concepts, and co-create educational material for cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality public-facing content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CMT, CFTe or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in market analysis, financial research, or trading-related roles, ideally in brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Research

• Produce daily and weekly market analysis covering global and local financial markets using both technical and fundamental analysis.
• Conduct internal market briefings to keep cross-functional teams informed of key market developments and trading opportunities.

Content Creation & Publication

• Prepare market analysis articles and educational content for publication across the company's official platforms.
• Create timely market commentary and short-form content to support marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Webinars & Educational Sessions

• Support and, when required, present webinars and educational sessions covering trading strategies and macroeconomic developments.
• Develop market explainers and talking points to support Sales and Marketing in client communication and educational initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CMT, CFTe, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in market analysis, financial research, or trading-related roles, ideally within the brokerage sector.
• Proven experience in conducting public webinars or live market sessions for a broad audience.
• Proficient in market analysis tools and platforms (e.g., TradingView, MetaTrader).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant visualization tools for reporting and presentation purposes.
• Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated proficiency in both technical and fundamental analysis, particularly in the forex market.
• Strong professional writing skills, capable of producing clear, insightful, and engaging market content.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to simplify complex market concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to consistently deliver high‑quality content under tight deadlines.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and deeply interested in global economic developments and financial market trends.
