Job summary

PT LINTAS MARITIM INDONESIA seeks a QHSE Staff to support its Integrated Management System across fleet operations and shore offices. The role ensures compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, SOLAS and ISO standards, driving proactive safety and reduced environmental impact.

The ideal candidate will assist in SMS maintenance, audits, RCAs, CAPAs, incident reporting, and training programs to foster a strong safety culture across vessels and ports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a maritime or safety-related field.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, STCW Basic Safety Training) are advantageous.
• Experience in QHSE within maritime, shipping, ship management, offshore, or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SMS in line with ISM/ISPS Code and SOLAS.
• Conduct internal QHSE audits on vessels and shore facilities; assist audits and vetting.
• Manage NCR/CAPA processes and log incidents and safety data.
• Coordinate environmental and safety programs; track KPIs and prepare reports.
• Assist in safety training, inductions, drills, and safety campaigns.
