Job summary

Siemens Indonesia seeks a Manufacturing Software Developer Engineer to drive digitalization in manufacturing processes, cybersecurity governance, and AI/RPA initiatives. You will collaborate with IT/OT teams and HQ to implement global KPIs and top-down strategic projects.

The role requires 2+ years in software development, .NET/SQL expertise, and experience building mobile/web apps. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication are needed, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or relevant field.
• Experience leading high-scope, multidisciplinary digitalization projects.
• 2+ years hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework and SQL Server (1+ year).
• Experience developing mobile and web applications.
• Experience with AI projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing improvement projects beyond digitalization initiatives.
• Serve as digitalization ambassador and manage related projects.
• Act as cybersecurity ambassador and maintain governance in operations.
• Drive AI implementation across operations and office.
• Collaborate with HQ to implement global KPIs and top-down projects.
• Develop digital solutions through full software lifecycle management.
• Spearhead RPA initiatives including SAP scripting and Python automation.
• Manage IT/OT data & network infrastructure considerations with IT.
