Job summary

Siemens Indonesia seeks a Manufacturing Software Developer Engineer to drive digitalization in manufacturing processes, cybersecurity governance, and AI/RPA initiatives. You will collaborate with IT/OT teams and HQ to implement global KPIs and top-down strategic projects.

The role requires 2+ years in software development, .NET/SQL expertise, and experience building mobile/web apps. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication are needed, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or relevant field.
• Experience leading high-scope, multidisciplinary digitalization projects.
• 2+ years hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework and SQL Server (1+ year).
• Experience developing mobile and web applications.
• Experience with AI projects is a plus.

• Leading manufacturing improvement projects beyond digitalization initiatives
• Serving as digitalization ambassador and manage project related to the topic
• Serving as cybersecurity ambassador and maintain topic related CYS governance in operation
• Driving AI impelementation and project acrros the operation and office
• Collaboration with HQ to implement global KPI's and execution of top-down strategic project
• Developing digital solution through full lifecycle management : testing, managing, an enhancing optimizing software solutions.
• Spearheading Robotic Process Automation (RPA). SAP Scripting and Phyton automation initiatives.
• Manage IT/OT data around the manufacture process determine the netwrok infrastrucute with IT
• Collaborating closely with the IT department.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or a relevant technical field, or an equivalent level of practical experience.
• Experience of leading high scope and multidisciplinary project (related to digitalization, and process improvement)
• Experience as business analyis of the project implementation
• Over 2+ years of hands‑on involvement in developing software or services.
• Demonstrated proficiency spanning 1+ years in .NET Framework and SQL Server,
• Previous experience in developing mobile & web applications
• Experience in making AI project it’s plus
• Proficient knowledge related to server-client relationships and network configuration
• Experience in DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Knowing digital framework and landscape of the project
• Good communication both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
