Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Planner to drive progressive maintenance and reliability improvements in automated manufacturing environments. The role emphasizes TPM steps, spare parts localization, and Lean-driven process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, hands-on workshop experience, and proficiency with 3D CAD software, PowerBI, and basic SQL for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven maintenance/planning experience in automation/manufacturing.
• Experience with 3D drawing software and hands-on workshop exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and statistical methods used in HP/ TPM environments.
• Nice to have Progressive Maintenance Step 4+ experience and PowerBI/SQL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & Reliability: manage maintenance system and PM steps to boost equipment reliability.
• Process & Lean Optimization: apply Lean tools for continuous improvement in automated manufacturing.
• Process Documentation: create and maintain P&ID, SOPs, WIs, and MS&P documents.
• Mechanical Design & Layout: design jigs/fixtures and improve workshop layouts using 3D software.
• Project Management & Data Analysis: track TPM projects and analyze data with Excel/PowerBI/Python.
