Success means higher service levels and a more productive, cost-effective manufacturing site.

This role reports to the Head of Factory Indonesia and leads a cross-functional team focused on factory performance improvement, standards deployment, and capability building. You will foster a culture of safety and operational ownership, working closely with multiple departments to ensure sustainable, long-term improvements. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a continuous improvement mindset. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, you are comfortable using manufacturing systems like SAP PM and Power BI.

You are genuinely interested in food culture and curious about how consumer behaviour and future food trends shape innovation. You understand that strong brands are built by anticipating what's next in taste, nutrition and functionality, and by translating insight into meaningful consumer experiences.
