Job summary

PT Enjer Technology Indonesia is seeking a data-centric IT professional in West Java to collect, clean, validate, and integrate data from ERP, MES, and related systems affecting production, quality, equipment, and supply chain.

The role supports ERP operations, develops dashboards and reports for management, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and provides IT maintenance including data backups and system optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, ERP operation, system support, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, especially supply chain, production, inventory, and basic finance.
• Familiar with ERP/MES systems and basic SQL.
• Able to develop dashboards and management reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and integrate data from ERP, MES, and other systems related to production, quality, equipment, and supply chain.
• Support ERP system operations including troubleshooting, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining system functionality and daily processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational monitoring and management decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis, system improvements, or process optimization.
• Provide IT support and system maintenance, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems, as well as managing user access, updates, and data backup.
• Maintain IT assets, documentation, and system records, coordinate with vendors, support system implementation and user training, and ensure overall system performance and continuous improvement.
