Job summary

PT. Platinum Ceramics Industry is seeking a cost accountant to prepare and analyze manufacturing reports, track materials usage, and monitor variances. The role supports budgeting and inventory reporting while ensuring accuracy in COGS calculations and cost trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting with GPA 3.00.
• 2–3 years of experience in Cost Accounting / manufacturing.
• Able to work in a team and individually.
• Detail-oriented, highly accountable with good communication & attitude.
• Interview process is online; working hours Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30, Sat 08:00–14:00.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on actual working hours & machine hours per production stage.
• Recap usage of raw materials, packaging, and output per process order.
• Analyze variances between actual results vs standards.
• Monitor order process status before closing period.
• Prepare inventory reports (raw materials, packaging, WIP, finished goods).
• Calculate & analyze COGS per product.
• Create purchasing price trend & average cost reports.
• Conduct stock taking (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Assist in preparing the annual company budget.
• Handle additional reporting tasks as needed.
