Job summary

PT Lets Cosmetic Indonesia seeks a skilled video editor to craft and post-produce short-form TikTok content, including product demos and tutorials. You will adapt creator material for shop and ads, collaborating with Marketing to deliver on-brand assets.

The role requires Mandarin communication, a related bachelor's degree, and experience with CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro, with a strong eye for trends and high-volume output.

Qualifications

• Experience editing TikTok, Reels, or short-form videos.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or e-commerce content preferred.
• Proficient in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects/Photoshop/Canva a plus.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, formats, music, and editing styles.

Responsibilities

• Edit and post-produce TikTok short-form videos including product showcases and tutorials.
• Repurpose KOL/KOC/Affiliate content for TikTok Shop, paid ads, and brand social channels.
• Collaborate with Content Creator and Marketing teams for in-house content.
• Optimize hooks, subtitles, pacing, music, transitions, and CTAs for CTR and conversions.
• Monitor performance data and adjust content strategy to improve views and orders.
