Seven Retail invites applications for a Mandarin Teacher Trainer (Associate) to design, deliver and oversee teacher onboarding across centers in Jakarta. You will develop training materials, coach teachers, and support curriculum implementation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or Mandarin-related studies, have 3+ years as a Mandarin teacher or trainer with children/teens, and possess strong Mandarin and English communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin/Chinese Studies, Linguistics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Mandarin teacher or trainer, including teaching children/teens.
• HSK 6 or native-level Mandarin; strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver training; develop onboarding and teacher development programs.
• Coach and develop teachers through observations and actionable feedback.
• Develop training materials, guidelines, and best-practice resources.
