MatchaTalent seeks a Mandarin-speaking Sales Commercial Supervisor to bridge local sales with Mandarin-speaking management in Jakarta. You will manage dealer negotiations, ensure accurate inventory, and translate market feedback into actionable insights for product and sales optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in Sales Operations or Commercial roles, experience with distributors/SI, and strong English+Mandarin communication for stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial roles, including supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in acquiring distributors, SI, or other channel partners.
• Proficient in data analysis for forecasting and translating feedback into product/sales actions.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian offline sales models, distribution channels, and key account management.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin for written and spoken communication.

Mansioni

• Develop local offline sales channels, targeting distributors and retail outlets.
• Coordinate commercial terms and contract negotiations with Key Accounts (KA).
• Translate market dynamics and competitor trends into reports for Mandarin-speaking management.
• Monitor market demand to provide input for production and supply chain forecasting.
• Conduct field visits to retail terminals to ensure promotional execution and gather feedback.
