Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven analyst to conduct market research, identify customer needs in the logistics sector, and monitor SLA and on-time delivery performance. You will analyze operational data and provide recommendations for process improvements to support decision-making.

The role requires Mandarin fluency, strong data analysis skills in Excel/Sheets and BI tools, and excellent communication and presentation abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (Power BI or Looker Studio).
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work with data in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, logistics industry trends, and business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, including SLA compliance and on-time delivery performance.
• Analyze operational data and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports to support business evaluation and decision-making.
